Michael Jutovsky, MD

Dr. Michael Jutovsky, or "Dr. J" as most of his patients refer to him, has been in private practice for more than 25 years. Dr. Jutovsky graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School and completed his residency at Advocate's Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center. He is currently affiliated with Swedish Covenant Hospital.

Dr. Jutovsky has received numerous awards and honors, including the "My Ravenswood Doctor" Physician Recognition Award in both 1990 and 1993. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois and is board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, the American Board of Family Practice, and the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care.

Dr. Jutovsky’s clinical interests include pediatrics, women's health, diabetes mellitus, asthma, and hypertension, providing the solid base for his long practice in family medicine. “As a family practitioner, I have the opportunity to care for the entire family," says Dr. Jutovsky, "I enjoy that diversity.” He also is a great proponent of patient wellness, and encourages health and well-being practices and a ‘partner’ relationship with all his patient families.

Marina Claudio, MD

Dr. Marina Claudio is a family practice specialist whose interests and experiences span across a wide range of ages and health issues.

She is a graduate of the University of Illinois Medical School, and completed her residency in Family Practice at Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Claudio is board certified in Family Practice Medicine. Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, breastfeeding, newborn care, pediatrics, preventive medicine, and women's health.

Dr. Claudio's practice philosophy is one of patient empowerment.

"I'm passionate about my patient's commitment to their own health and involvement in their treatment plan because I know the potential impact each can have on a person's wellbeing," said Dr. Claudio. "The cumulative result of small lifestyle changes and better, smarter choices can change everything—for the better!"

In the treatment of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension and obesity, she tries to motivate her patients to improve their health through lifestyle changes, strict adherence to prescribed medications, and regular interval follow up visits.
